Welcome to Eagle X Junk Removal. By using our website, booking a service, or interacting with us by phone, email, or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Provided

Eagle X offers junk removal and hauling services for residential and small commercial clients. We remove non-hazardous items such as furniture, appliances, yard debris, and light construction waste. We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, fuel, biological waste, or anything deemed unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse any item or job at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the volume of items, labor involved, the type of materials being removed, and disposal costs. Quotes given over the phone, by text, or through photo submissions are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before any work begins. If conditions are different than expected, we may adjust the price accordingly.

Additional Charges

Some jobs may require additional fees. These may include situations where we need to carry items up or down stairs, remove oversized or unusually heavy items, or complete jobs during weekends or after normal business hours. We will always inform you of any extra charges before starting the job.

Booking and Cancellations

Appointments can be made through phone, text, social media, or our website. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee to cover the time reserved for your appointment.

Weekend and After-Hours Jobs

We do offer weekend and after-hours services, but they must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for these appointments.

Commercial Jobs

We welcome commercial jobs and are happy to work with realtors, property managers, contractors, and other businesses. Larger or recurring jobs may require a written agreement, deposit, or additional scheduling coordination. All terms will be discussed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and most major credit and debit cards. Commercial clients with approved terms must pay invoices within the agreed payment window.

Access and Property Conditions

Customers must ensure we have safe and clear access to the removal area. We are not responsible for damages caused by unsafe conditions, unstable items, or situations beyond our control. While we take great care during removals, we are not liable for minor damages to floors, walls, driveways, or landscaping unless caused by gross negligence.

Donations and Recycling

We try to donate or recycle items whenever possible. However, not all items are eligible, and donation decisions are made based on condition, location, and timing.

You may not copy, use, or share any part of this site without written permission. Misuse of this site or our materials is prohibited.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest terms.
