Services Provided

Eagle X offers junk removal and hauling services for residential and small commercial clients. We remove non-hazardous items such as furniture, appliances, yard debris, and light construction waste. We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, fuel, biological waste, or anything deemed unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse any item or job at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the volume of items, labor involved, the type of materials being removed, and disposal costs. Quotes given over the phone, by text, or through photo submissions are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before any work begins. If conditions are different than expected, we may adjust the price accordingly.

Additional Charges

Some jobs may require additional fees. These may include situations where we need to carry items up or down stairs, remove oversized or unusually heavy items, or complete jobs during weekends or after normal business hours. We will always inform you of any extra charges before starting the job.

Booking and Cancellations

Appointments can be made through phone, text, social media, or our website. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee to cover the time reserved for your appointment.

Weekend and After-Hours Jobs

We do offer weekend and after-hours services, but they must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for these appointments.

Commercial Jobs

We welcome commercial jobs and are happy to work with realtors, property managers, contractors, and other businesses. Larger or recurring jobs may require a written agreement, deposit, or additional scheduling coordination. All terms will be discussed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, and most major credit and debit cards. Commercial clients with approved terms must pay invoices within the agreed payment window. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. Eagle X does not store or have direct access to your full payment information. Payment links sent via text or email will direct you to a secure hosted payment page. By completing a transaction through the preferred hosted payment page, you agree to the third-party Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By providing your phone number or email to Eagle X Junk & Hauling, you consent to receive service-related communication including job confirmations, arrival ETAs, deposit and payment links, service follow-ups, and scheduling updates. These communications may be sent via SMS text or email and may include secure payment links.

Eagle X is not responsible for delays or issues caused by failed message delivery, spam filtering, or customer non-responsiveness. By engaging with our services, you agree that text/email confirmations and payment requests constitute valid forms of communication and documentation.

data privacy

Eagle X Junk & Hauling values your privacy. Your contact information is collected solely for communication and scheduling purposes related to the services you request. We may contact you via phone, email, or SMS text message for updates, confirmations, payment links, or follow-ups. Your contact information will never be sold or shared with third parties. It will only be used for the purpose of communicating with you about services you have requested or scheduled. Access and Property Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear, unobstructed, and safe access to the area where junk removal or hauling services will take place. If Eagle X Junk & Hauling personnel are required to move items through narrow spaces, doorways, or staircases, access difficult terrain, tight crawl spaces, or structures, and/or work around landscaping, fencing, or personal belongings then the customer assumes all risk related to potential damage during normal, careful service. We are not liable for damage to property, structures, or items due to restricted, unclear, or hazardous access conditions. This includes but is not limited to: walls, floors, gates, landscaping, plumbing, decking, appliances, or fixtures impacted by the removal process. We are not responsible for damages caused by unsafe conditions, unstable items, or situations beyond our control. While we take great care during removals, we are not liable for minor damages to floors, walls, driveways, or landscaping unless caused by gross negligence. If the job cannot be safely completed due to access limitations, additional charges may apply or the service may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Donations and Recycling

We try to donate or recycle items whenever possible. However, not all items are eligible, and donation decisions are made based on condition, location, and timing.

Discarded or lost items

Eagle X Junk & Hauling is not liable for any items that are discarded, hauled away, or disposed of during the service if those items were not clearly identified by the customer at the time of service. It is the customer's responsibility to separate or label any items they wish to retain.

release of liability

By using our services, you agree to release Eagle X Junk & Hauling and its representatives from liability for any loss or damage arising from the removal of materials or property at your request, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

indemnification clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle X Junk & Hauling, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your actions or failure to disclose important details during or prior to service.

You may not copy, use, or share any part of this site without written permission. Misuse of this site or our materials is prohibited.

Policy Changes
